One person quickly ends up dead under suspicious circumstances while another supposedly leaves the ship for a family emergency. The students gain an unexpected ally from the ship’s murderous staff. Together they battle the consortium’s wicked plan to extort a billion dollars from the United States government or else the consortium will destroy the West Coast and millions of lives through induced earthquakes, tsunamis and volcanic eruptions.
